Eight time Grammy Award-winning Global Superstar Usher’s record breaking, chart smashing hit “Yeah!” has hit a new milestone – 1 billion global streams on Spotify since its 2004 release.

The song is from his critically acclaimed album ‘Confessions’.

This past weekend Usher performed at his sold out “Lovers & Friends Festival” in Las Vegas with other heavy hitters including Mariah Carey and Missy Elliott on the bill.

Usher’s headlining performance included special guests Muni Long, Jermaine Dupri, Da Brat, Ari Lennox, and Summer Walker.

He will be honored with a Doctorate of Music degree from Berklee College of Music this Saturday, May 13 along with Roberta Flack and Sona Jobarteh.
