Washington State Man Damion Green Awarded Donkey Of The Day

A Washington state man named Damion Green has been awarded Donkey Of The Day.

Today’s Donkey Of The Day has been awarded to a Thurston County (located in Western Washington state) man by the name of Damion Green.

Now, why has Green been awarded Donkey Of The Day, you ask???

Not too long ago, Thurston County held a city council in which Green was a candidate.

Things took a turn for the worse for Green when he lost the election to another man named Ryan Roth by one vote.

The numbers would’ve been 247 to 247 if Green had voted for himself.

Now, that brings up the question “Why didn’t he vote for himself???” 🤔

We’ll let him explain…

Green’s line of reasoning started with “I didn’t feel comfortable. I thought it was kind of narcissistic, so I didn’t.”

On the other hand, Roth had a more excited reaction to his win…

His victory statement started with “It’s awesome. I’m gonna go have a nice steak dinner!”

Roth continued with “I was like, ‘It’s one vote. Whatever’s going to happen is going to happen. I’m not like super worried about it.’ But my wife was pushing it.”

Green concluded with “I can run again. The third time will be a charm.”

Hopefully, Green has learn from his mistake and will do the right thing next time but it hasn’t stopped Charlamagne Tha God from having his say on the situation which you can give a listen below…
