Women With Tied Legs Jumps Out Of Apartment Building In DC

Not too long ago, a woman whose hands and feet were tied jumped eight stories out of an apartment building in Washington, DC.

Kylee Jamal Palmer was arrested and charged with assault with intent to kill, possession of an unregistered firearm, and possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device.

The irony of the situation is Palmer was arrested when he decided to come back to the crime scene while cops were at the building investigating.

While the woman’s 1 1/2 year old son has been found safe, cops recovered a rifle-style ghost gun as well as “some type of reptile” at the scene.

The woman is now sitting in a hospital in stable but critical condition with serious injuries.
