This sequel to the cult classic “A Sea Of Green” takes place in real time.

It has been 5 years since the infamous Grim Reefer Murders. California Police weren’t able to capture all their targets. Philip Waters and some of his criminal associates haven’t been heard of since that tragic day. In Lowell, Ma, rumors of the return of Coleman Greene circulate throughout the city. Last year his youngest cousin Maria was killed by police, however, the police say there is no real evidence of this. In a case of mistaken identity one man tries to right the wrongs done to his family while another tries to leave his troubles behind. One thing remains constant, everyone is out for the money. “As Thick As Thieves”.
