Teflon debuts the true to life visuals for “Life In The Feds” featuring DJ Premier.

Brooklyn rap stalwart Teflon delivers the cinematic video for his new single, “Life In The Feds”, that provides a raw, harrowing look at America’s broken criminal justice system.

The visuals center on a group of inmates facing 25-to-life in a federal prison, where their fates often fall into the hands of others—including shady correctional officers who turn a blind eye to violence.

It’s all brilliantly narrated by Teflon, who delivers his tack-sharp rhymes on location and in between the true-to-life footage shot by Watsyn Filmz.

There’s also a cameo by longtime collaborator Lil Fame (of M.O.P.).

The narrative-heavy track is produced by gifted beatsmith Jazimoto, featuring cuts by the legendary DJ Premier.

Jazi’s work is also featured on Tef’s previous singles, “No Fake Love” and “Somethin’ Ain’t Right”, who is set to share production duties with Preem on Tef’s forthcoming album, which marks his first official full-length release since, ‘My Will‘ (1997).

Check out the visuals and head over to your preferred digital retailer or streaming platform to support.

Stay tuned for more music off Tef’s upcoming LP, ‘Two Sides To Every Story’, due out soon via Coalmine Records in partnership with Teflon’s 420 Music imprint.
