Video: Shenna - Hope You're Happy

On the heels of the release of her first new single of 2019, "Hope You're Happy", rising pop star and multihyphenate Shenna debuts the song's official music video today (3.4.2019).

"I feel that now in days we sometimes spend more time on social media tuning into what others are doing whether it is a celebrity we admire or a peer who is shining that we may start to feel sad about our own life’s and question if we are doing enough. I wanted to showcase a day in the life of someone popular on social media but to show they too are not happy because of all the pressure of being perfect and idolized. The moral of the story is you never truly know what someone else is going through." -Shenna

"Hope You're Happy" serves as the lead single from Shenna's forthcoming EP, Blue Memories, due out later this year.

Shenna will be a guest performer and speaker for the 2019 Above Pink Conference at the Bronx River Community Center on Saturday, March 30th, 2019. The conference will be a day of empowerment for young women ages 13-19, featuring impactful workshops, exciting panel speakers, and other helpful community resources that combat bullying; promote adolescent health, beauty, and safety; and assist with professional development.
