About Rah Rizo:
Curtis Lee Baldwin aka Rah Rizo was born in Los Angeles, California on November 25th, 1967. At the young age of 17, he landed a roll on the hit TV show "227" as the character Calvin. The sitcom had a very good run which led into many other entertainment opportunities for Curtis. In 1986, Curtis met a singer named Christopher Williams. He performed at Radio City Music Hall with Christopher as a backup dancer & rapper on one of Chris' songs at The Apollo. This is what let him to know he wanted to be a music artist.

After "227" was cancelled in 1990, Curtis immediately started working full-time on his music career. He went up to Solar Records in Hollywood, CA, and this is where he met Dick Griffey. Dick Griffey was the music icons who early on established groups like The Whispers, Baby Face, & Shalamar. Dick later on in his tenure went on to start Death Row Records. In 1992, Curtis was fortunate to land a record & a publishing deal with EMI Records. He was signed to a group called One Two Three. After leaving the group (due to creative differences), Curtis went back to Solar Records where he learned about "the business of music" from Dick. Dick not only taught Curtis about being a music executive but also about the true principles of manhood.

Curtis would later go on to collaborate in the studio with Charlie Wilson's nephews where he learned to perfect his writing & producing skills. This gave Curtis the opportunity to work with well-known producers such as Rhythm D., Blaqtoven, Jellyroll, & Battlecat. With all of the knowledge he gained working with these talented people in the music business, Curtis went on to form his own label in 1999. Gain Green Records.

Curtis was smart enough to take a break from the business when Napster & the internet changed the game. In 2015, he relaunched his new label, RLGG (ReLaunch Gain Green). As a seasoned veteran, Curtis & RLGG has a new slate of artists & producers under its belt. 2016 will be a prominent year for RLGG so keep your eyes open.
