Poni is an international rising star. The UK Queen of Hip Hop, she has been doing music since she was a child & started her career as the only female in a 7-man rap group called Dark Foundation, where she got her name Poni The Lyrical Ryder & Hip Hop Connection magazine said she “rips up syllables like tearing up a dictionary“.
Poni would later go on to be a solo artist. Over the years, Poni has worked with music teams around the world including Grammy award winning producers Mr. Porter (Eminem & 50 Cent’s producer at Shady Records) & Darius “Deezle” Harrison (Lil Wayne’s producer).
She has been on the BBC, BET, in The Source Magazine, on G-Unit, DJ Drama, & Lil Wayne’s mixtapes, collaborated with Lil Wayne on a song called “Easy Money” released on his ‘Public Enemy‘ mixtape plus much more. Poni is currently promoting her brand new single called “Under Me“.
