Brooklyn-based MC Nello Luchi drops off her new visual for the K’riem Scott-produced ‘I Remember’, off of the EP: ‘Welcome: The Audio Movie, Pt. 1‘.

The track samples the Extra P (Large Professor) remix of Common Sense’s 1995 “Resurrection”. She speaks on her most vivid childhood memories growing up in her Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. Nello opens the track by recreating the scene of when she saw Lil Kim’s tears as Biggie’s body past through his block for the final time. She also drops a reference to Nas shouting out her block on “You Wouldn’t Understand” off his 2012 album ‘Life Is Good’. Nello exhibits her great storytelling skills over this nostalgic cut.

The visual was co-directed by Nello & Taylor Flash
