Lil Kim laughed off the drama between her and singer K.Michelle who was criticized by Kim’s fans when K.Michelle deemed Nicki Minaj the Queen of Rap.
“She is so nuts. You are liable to see her skipping. Who skips?” Lil Kim joked. “When you’re eating a trail mix and…all of the nuts that you like, you eat and the nuts that you can’t stand, you spit back…She’s the bag of nuts that you put back.”
Lil Kim defended her fans when K.Michelle began to slam them, but she clarified that it wasn’t that serious for her, and she barely knows the ‘Rebellious Soul’ artist.
“I’ve only met this woman one time in person,” Kim told “The Breakfast Club” radio show. The “Trendsetter” rapper denied that she and K. are close, and scoffed at the idea that she’d make K.Michelle her daughter’s godmother.
“First of all, why would I ever make her my child’s godmother,” Lil Kim said. “We never had a conversation about her being my child’s god mom. I don’t know you. Why would I do that?”
Though she wouldn’t consider K.Michelle a friend, Lil Kim said she would have addressed her fans about their attack on K.Michelle had the singer called her.
“Out of respect for our relationship…I would have said something to my fans,” she said. “I would have said something to my fans if she called me, text me.”
According to Lil Kim, who referred to K.Michelle as a “pecan” and a “black jellybean,” K.Michelle is still upset with Kim because the two weren’t able to perform together as planned last year.
“The chick is sour. She’s been bitter and sour,” said Kim who explained the circumstances were out of her control. “I performed with Kendrick [Lamar]. I was supposed to perform with K.Michelle.”
