Warner Records’ new alternative contemporary artist IV4 releases her second highly-anticipated single and sultry video for “Only Fans” directed by Austin McCracken.

IV4 is just coming off the major success of her previously released single “Stroke” featuring singer, songwriter, and hit record producer Jeremih.
