BSF’s Heem releases a new video for “Letter To Shay” today. The DJ Green Lantern-produced track has Heem describing how big of an impact Shay had on him and the whole BSF crew, and how the Griselda producer inspired him to grow creatively. “Letter To Shay” is featured on Heem’s recent mixtape, ‘Long Story Short‘, hosted by DJ Green Lantern. The visual for the track was directed by Hidji and accentuates Heem’s bittersweet lyrics.

Heem recently released his highly-anticipated mixtape, ‘Long Story Short‘. Hosted by DJ Green Lantern and curated by the late, great DJ Shay, ‘Long Story Short‘ features appearances from Benny The Butcher, Rick Hyde, & Boldy James, along with production from DJ Shay, Jansport J, and DJ Green Lantern. The project is produced by DJ Shay & DJ Green Lantern and executive produced by Benny The Butcher.

One of the new talents Benny brought into the BSF fold, Heem was prominently featured on the imprint’s first release, ‘Benny The Butcher & DJ Drama Presents: Gangsta Grillz X BSF Da Respected Sopranos‘. From the same trenches, ‘Long Story Short‘ is bound to draw parallels to Benny and Green Lantern’s ‘Butcher On Steroids’ (2017) mixtape.
