California duo Grand Opus, Joc Scholar (Fresno, MC) and Centric (Oakland, Producer), reconnect to lift heads during one of our most significant seasons.

2020 has brought a pandemic, wildfires, protests, riots, civil unrest, presidential election, and an outcry from Black America against a history of systemic racism and hatred.

‘The Season’ is their third album that ties it all together while bringing its own distinct sound, as Centric composes the score for Joc Scholar’s lyricism creating another ‘opus’.
