American self-help author, Napoleon Hill, is quoted as saying: “More gold has been mined from the thoughts of men than has been taken from the earth.” Gold Standard Collective, established in 2019, was founded by a group of Chicago-based artists committed to create innovative music and music-related products to push the artistic world forward (rooted in hip-hop). Frequent musical collaborations and brotherhood camaraderie brought all of the artists together as an organization in order to support one another and create a solid foundation for a future generation of artists.

Musically and aesthetically speaking, GSC provides a traditional rap feel; think Native Tongues (e.g. A Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Queen Latifah), Wu-Tang Clan (e.g. Ghostface Killah, Method Man, RZA), etc.; yet, with a more progressive approach.
