Last week, the hit show “Empire” returned with a bang! The premiere brought in a whopping 16.2 million viewers, and the cast and crew celebrated the success.

However, Wednesday night’s second episode of season 2 saw a ratings drop of 18 percent from the premiere episode.

“Power” creator 50 cent took a second to point out the ratings dip in an Instagram post last night, which has since been deleted.

50 Cent reposted an Instagram user’s post that pointed out the second episode of “Empire” had 3 million fewer viewers, blaming it on too many celebrity cameos and too many “gay” plots.

The post read:

“There are 3 million less viewers who tuned into last night’s Empire episode!!!! did you watch it? we could not take the extra gay stuff or celebrity stuff last night!!!!”
