Grammy-winning imprint Defend Music signee Daniel "EK" Ibeh has been building an impressive resume & looks to add onto that with visuals for "Dress My Fears". In the timely video (following the Caitlyn Jenner story as well as a recently publicized police beating of a 14-year old girl), the Nigerian-American emcee delivers his perspective; unapologetically taking on contemporary discrimination (from skin color, sexual orientation, to political views). He manages to do this all while keeping the music refreshing, fueled by a powerful chorus from vocalist Simile.
Fellow Bostonian producer Bueffard Mallary accentuates the track with a cinematic atmosphere; as the chemistry of the duo becomes clear. Don't be surprised if you find EK's voice familiar - his "Mean Ol Town" track opened up the Hollywood film "The Inevitable Defeat Of Mister & Pete" starring Jennifer Hudson. Yet, this is just the beginning for the hard-working 24-year-old artist, as he aims to destroy all previous project milestones with his upcoming "Hands Of Time" EP which will be available for free download on 7.1.2015 via his website @ OfficialEKMusic.com!!!
