A Chicago high schooler was accepted into 26 colleges and offered more than $3 million in scholarships, according to WGNTV.
Arianna Alexander is the valedictorian of the Kenwood Academy class of 2015, graduating June 9th with a 5.1 GPA.
With $3 million being awarded to her in scholarships, she has her choice of schools come the fall semester, and she’s chosen the University of Pennsylvania as a business student.
“As I researched the school, I fell in love and been working hard to get there.” she said.
Her parents have been incredibly supportive, and her father told her teachers,”I don’t want her to have any grades less than what her initials were. A.A.”
Her graduating class at Kenwood academy has racked up an astounding $39.6 million in scholarship money, without being a selective enrollment school.
Looking to the future, Arianna’s dream is to own for restaurants, and she’s already working on the menus.
