Today (7.29.2020), first generation Korean-American R&B/Pop-Soul artist ANE debuts the official music video for her single “Sex Machine“.
Featuring New York rapper Qu’ality and produced by Malcolm Fong, the song comes from ANE’s new EP ‘1-800-FANTASY‘, released Friday, July 24 via Calabasas Records.
Although the title of the song is fairly explicit, the Luca Silveira-directed video is a colorful and campy representation of its suggestive theme with fun, inclusive skits and scenarios.
“The director and I wanted the visuals for ‘Sex Machine’ to be inclusive, fun, and light-hearted,” ANE told PAPER. “We tried to embody the vibe of the song from different couples’ perspectives instead of my own. Luca Silveira’s style of directing is comical, campy and ironic. It was a pleasure working with him and his team.”
