Bay Area-bred rapper and international icon Too Short has inked a deal with Dash Radio and is launching a new radio show “Blow The Whistle” today, hosted by himself and his homie/infamous Hollywood sex-tape broker KB (Kevin Blatt). Produced by Too Short’s business partner Arshia Bolour, “Blow The Whistle” is likely to be the most boundary-pushing element to the already cutting-edge station. As VP Clinton Sparks remarked about the new show, “[Dash Radio] is thrilled to have Too Short join the family, especially in a format where he can showcase his personality and say his favorite word as much as he wants–with no commercial interruptions. Get familiar.”
Too Short is no stranger to Hollywood, but the defining Bay Area style and cultural legacy he brings to Dash have been noted by many, including Dash Radio founder DJ Skee: “In adding Too Short to our platform, we are adding a hip-hop icon. Beyond his music, his personality and character are second-to-none and will make for an incredible show every week.” Fans of Too Short and Dash Radio can tune in to the premiere episode of “Blow The Whistle” on Dash Radio’s Mixtape Channel tonight at 10pm PST and every Tuesday night following. The show will go live every Tuesday inside of the Dream Hotel, Dash Radio’s second and newest Hollywood studio.
