Kerry Smalls returns to The Chamber Group as Head of Brand Strategy
Edwin Tetteh promoted to Associate Director of Public Relations
New York City-based PR and marketing agency The Chamber Group announces the return of former employee Kerry Smalls as Head of Brand Strategy and the promotion of Edwin Tetteh from PR manager to Associate Director of Public Relations.
Both report to company CEO, Chris Chambers.

A self-described “Communications Maven”, Tetteh previously served as Public Relations coordinator at Williamson PR, The Lede Company, and PR Consulting representing clients including Visvim, SoundCloud, and AMIRI respectively.
He joined The Chamber Group as PR Manager in 2021 leading campaigns and representing talent including Mariah Carey and Erykah Badu and brands including Tod’s.
A public relations and brand strategy executive, Kerry Smalls has placed a core concentration around earned media, entertainment, celebrity, culture, and lifestyle genres.
Most recently, he was the Director of PR at iONE Digital/Urban One, a role created specifically for him.
He successfully built a PR division from the ground up and strategized and implemented publicity plans that generated billions of earned media impressions.
His previous experience includes leading PR strategy at BCW Global working with brands including Hennessy, Hellman’s Mayonnaise, and Kraken Rum.
Now, back at The Chamber Group as Head of Brand Strategy (formerly Senior Director of PR), Kerry will be fully immersed in every aspect of the company’s business, aiding in adapting the company’s current staffing model to the ever-growing roster and overseeing client expansion with a 360 approach across pop culture, lifestyle, wine/spirits, beauty, fashion, politics, TV/Film, general entertainment, and more.
