Buffalo artist/Griselda label head Westside Gunn released his biggest LP to date in ‘Pray For Paris‘, a mere two months ago. The album featured Griselda artists Conway The Machine and Benny The Butcher along with Grammy-winner Tyler, the Creator, Wale, Joey Bada$$, Freddie Gibbs, Roc Marciano and Boldy James. Pray For Paris also included production from DJ Premier, Tyler, the Creator, Alchemist, Daringer, DJ Muggs, Jay Versace, and more.

Westside Gunn’s ‘Flygod Is An Awesome God 2’ not only comes on the heels of his most critically and commercially successful project, but also Griselda’s recent BET Nomination for Best Group.

“It’s still ‘Pray for Paris’ but I wanted to bring more ART to the culture with ‘Flygod Is An Awesome God 2’” Westside Gunn asserted. “Also Stove God Cooks released a phenomenal album that didn’t get the recognition it deserved, so I wanted to do something to make people circle back around, it’s not about WSG, it’s about HIP HOP.”
