Hailing from south-east London, BLESSED is the exciting new London duo and name set to cause a storm on the music scene as they launch their addictive and one-of-a-kind fusion of R&B, dancehall, electronic, & pop influenced sounds.

Formed of sisters Lauren & Georgia Morgan, BLESSED have released their brand new track, the hypnotic & seductive “See Through All The Colours“. Poised to be on heavy rotation on speakers & sound systems everywhere this summer, the track is the follow up to their previous release “My Yute” & debut track “Venom” – which all appear on their debut EP ‘See Through All The Colours‘ (available below).

Recently signed to the iconic Island Records hot on the heels of the buzz they have been bringing to the scene, earlier this month they released the must-see visual for “My Yute” which premiered on Wonderland and had Popjustice urging everyone to “keep your eyes on this pair” whilst SBTV described the duo as “definitely blessed“. Conceived by BLESSED and created in collaboration with British-based photographer & videographer Victor Kovachev, the energetic visual brings the urgent, bassline beats & earworm lyrics of “My Yute” to life while formally introducing music fans to the band’s fresh & infectious vibes.

Speaking on their new track, BLESSED told i-D:

“It’s the confidence you have when you feel like you’re going to be the one to make someone realise there’s no one else out there for them but you.”

Earlier this year, the duo released their debut track, the soulful & haunting “Venom” which caught the attention of outlets such as Notion, Press Play OK, & Very Introspective and along with their show-stopping covers of tracks by the likes of Cashmere Cat, Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee, and DJ Khaled offered a glimpse of the credentials which will no doubt see BLESSED as the new act to watch out for and the name on everyone’s lips!!!
