Rising rapper Ark Noah is putting on for his hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma. After months of teasing his new project ‘Purple Cellar,’ it is finally here. Following the release of his singles “Poppin Seals” “Itch” and “Step” the bubbling rapper shares the official album with multiple bangers. The “Poppin Seals” rapper brings in Purple Cellar with only one feature, Yung Simmie. Showcasing his versatility, Noah switches up his delivery throughout the project.
