The last Donkey Of The Day of the week is a perfect example of how real the emotional sensitivity is.

Not too long ago, French soccer team Olympique Lyonnais dropped Brazilian player Marcelo Antônio Guedes Filho (or simply Marcelo) for one of the dumbest reasons that could be thought of.

Said reason happened to be that Marcelo was farting in the locker room too much.

Is that registering with you? We can’t hardly get our heads around this either.

Regardless of how dumb (or smart, depending on the lens the whole situation is looked at from) the reasoning is, Lyon has been awarded a well-deserved Donkey Of The Day as a result.
