Multi-Platinum selling rapper Rich Homie Quan drops “Risk Takers” single with live ‘From The Block’ performance video.
Following the release of “Krazy”, Atlanta rap star Rich Homie Quan drops “Risk Takers”, the second single from his fast-approaching project ‘Family & Mula’, out October 2022.
The how-to-guide to making your dreams come true, released via Rich Homie Entertainment/Venice Music, was produced by Dun Deal and premiered with a live rendition on 4 Shooters Only’s performance video series ‘From The Block’.
The official music video directed by MarCell JB and Darrien G will debut next week.
The song drops as we approach the tenth anniversary of ‘Still Going In’.
In honor of the mixtape that introduced the world to the melodic trap stylings of Rich Homie Quan, the multi-platinum-selling rapper will be in concert on September 27 at Atlanta’s Tabernacle stadium.
Tickets are available now on Live Nation.
In a departure from his traditional sound, a Spanish guitar strums the first four notes of “Risk Takers”, setting the tone for what is part inspiration, part memoir.
“You don’t know what it took to get here. A lot of praying, a lot of crying, what it took to get here,” raps Quan on the hook as he recounts how his success went from dream to reality.
In a modern-day American dream triumph, Quan sings about the tenacity it took for him to achieve success.
The song relays his resilient and persistent nature and that of any risk taker.
Fans of the chart-topping multi-platinum selling rapper won’t have to wait long for more new music.
‘Family & Mula’ drops later this fall with more projects in the queue.
