Racist Cops Pepper Spray Black Teen Before Slamming His Head Into Pavement

Footage that has been circulating on social video shows Broward County Sheriff’s deputies roughing up a 15-year-old boy, who was seen being pepper-sprayed, slammed to the ground and punched in the head, leaving his face coated in blood. The high school student was subsequently arrested on charges of assault and resisting arrest.
