Pharrell Williams To Build New Bahamian Resort

Pharrell Williams has teamed up with Groot Hospitality to build a brand new resort in the Bahamas.

The property will have 400 rooms next to Atlantis and will be expected to open in 2024.

The resort will be called Somewhere Else.

It will also feature top-tier dining venues, landscaped grounds, an oceanfront beach, multiple pools, recreation areas, luxury amenities, and live entertainment.

Pharrell has worked with Groot in previous partnerships including the restaurant Swan and The Goodtime Hotel in Miami.

Live Nation, the concert promotion giant, owns a majority stake in Groot Hospitality.
