Ohio Woman Rosemary Lynn Hayne Awarded Donkey Of The Day

An Ohio woman named Rosemary Lynn Hayne has been awarded Donkey Of The Day.

A while back (9.5.2023 to be exact), 39-year-old Rosemary Lynn Hayne–of Parma, Ohio–had words with a worker about her burrito bowl at a local Chipotle restaurant.

Those words had eventually escalated into Hayne throwing said burrito bowl in the face of the worker who is a 17-year-old girl.

An anonymous witness had this to say on the matter, “We walked in, and it was really busy. You could tell they were slammed.”

The witness added, “You could tell she was upset with her order. She ended up grabbing her order and left. About five minutes later, she came back in. At that moment, I wasn’t sure what to do because I felt so awful for [the worker]. At the same time, I was nervous to get involved.”

The witness concluded with, “We were so impressed with the way she was able to handle herself. She had been dealing with it, the woman was screaming for 10 minutes before that and then came back in and continued to act that way.”

After video footage of the incident made its way to Reddit, Hayne was eventually arrested and charged with assault and disorderly conduct.

Hayne was originally given to 180 days in jail at a hearing back in 11.28.2023 but was also given another option…

Parma Municipal Court Judge Timothy P. Gilligan had this to say after taking 90 days off of Hayne’s sentence, “You didn’t get your burrito bowl the way you like it and this is how you respond? This is not ‘Real Housewives of Parma.’ This behavior is not acceptable.”

Gilligan then asked her, “Do you want to walk in her shoes for two months and learn how people should treat people or do you want to do your jail time?”

Hayne answered with, “I’d like to walk in her shoes.”
