New Evidence Found In Tyshawn Lee Murder Case

The bullets struck 9-year-old Tyshawn Lee in his thumb and hand and grazed his back. But the fatal shot hit him on the right side of his head.

Tyshawn, just 83 pounds and 4-foot-8, fell to his left side in the alley in the Auburn Gresham community on Chicago’s South Side.

The stark medical details were laid out in the Cook County medical examiner’s report, which was released late Wednesday to the Chicago Tribune.

The mostly clinical report provided a glimpse at the boy’s last moments alive.
