Synopsis: Tommy and his new business partner recruit soldiers to expand and take over the drug game in Chicago. Tommy finds a unique, but lucrative, location for distribution that doesn’t fit with his partner’s sensibilities or vision for a more upscale clientele. New to the drug game and refusing to follow the rules, Tommy’s partner honors preexisting business plans made with other people, against Tommy’s orders. In an act of retribution for his family, Walter takes matters into his own hands and unknowingly fans the flames of a full-scale gang war.
