Harlem rapper Neek Bucks is feeling very thankful today as he releases his debut album, ‘Blessed To The Max’, via H4 Records/MNRK Music Group.
Executive produced by Grammy Award-winning producer Hitmaka, the album also features production by Cardiak, BuddahBlessThisBeat, and Rob Holladay, among others, as well as a diverse range of new talent such as Ivory Scott and Vory, mainstream acts such as 2 Chainz and Wiz Khalifa, to legendary artists such as CeeLo Green and Raekwon.
Also today, Neek shares his new video for “Ballers” featuring Wiz Khalifa which is available to give a watch below.
“Baller” is the follow-up single to previously released tracks “Mask Up”, “Count On You”, and “Red Light”, which are all featured on the project.
Both Neek and Hitmaka pride themselves on the album’s production as it covers meaningful topics, from street life to overcoming personal issues.
“I have my own unique raspy voice, and it’s like an instrument to me. It’s authentic and real. When I hear a beat, I just go off the vibe and speak what’s on my mind,” states Neek.
Influenced by artists like 50 Cent, Jay-Z, and Dipset, Neek honed his craft by releasing several EPs, including ‘Here for A Reason’, ‘El Barrio’, ‘El Barrio 2’, & his most successful ‘Neighborhood Hov’.
