MP3: Meccah Maloh feat. Fred The Godson & Taiyamo Denku – How Bout Some Hardcore

Meccah Maloh & Taiyamo Denku were sitting at a car outside of a Milwaukee Walgreens listening to some of Meccah’s new production. This was before he got heavy into pad drumming and now, Meccah is an organizer of the MKE Pad Masters which is a group of Pad Drummers that practice and compete in professional Pad drumming competitions.

However, Denku & Meccah came together on a song with New York’s own Fred the Godson. It took some time to get the song just right and mastered.

During the wait to get everything together properly, the world lost Fred The Godson to complications during the Coronavirus pandemic. Meccah & Denku hope this song makes him proud and we hope he is listening beyond the sun, moon, & stars.

When we dig into the song, it is nothing but bars, hardcore bars, which fits the title of the song well.

Meccah starts the song off with the hook then dives into his verse which is a perfect starting point for the track. Fred delivers his signature style with some gritty street bars. Denku then concludes the track with his word lay & witty punchline approach and the 3 emcees ask you, “How Bout Some Hardcore”.
