MP3: Kut One feat. O.C. – Raised Around Wolves

O.C. joins Aussie producer Kut One for their speaker-crushing new single, “Raised Around Wolves”.

As he prepares to release his upcoming ‘Live Wires 2’ compilation, Kut One shares the project’s lead single, “Raised Around Wolves”, featuring snarling guest rhymes from none other than O.C.

The track is driven by Kut One’s raw, stripped-down production that boasts bluesy piano keys, thick bass, and speaker-knocking drums.

Of course, he also adds in his own special touches, like the slick cuts on the hook.

But that only serves as the appetizer for the last third of “Raised Around Wolves,” which is an opportunity for Kut One to really flex his skills as a turntablist.

And then there’s O.C., the living rap legend and D.I.T.C. member who brings his always-hard hitting raps to the track.

His verses bring an additional layer of rawness, as he spits autobiographical rhymes about his career, personal life, and the wolves he’s encountered (and defeated) over the years.

“Raised Around Wolves” is available now through all major digital retailers and streaming platforms.

‘Live Wires 2’ is set to hit DSPs on Thursday (11.11.2021) via Chopping Block Records.

In addition to O.C., the 13-track compilation includes guest appearances by KXNG Crooked, Sadat X, Rome Streetz, Recognize Ali, Agallah, Ruste Juxx, Supreme Cerebral, and more.
