There’s no denying a city that has bred an abundance of music artists. Queens NY native Jon Lewis fits the mold while breaking through on his own terms. Under the guidance of new NYC-based independent label Supreme Legacy Entertainment, the singer/songwriter/producer offers his first official release.

“Leaving With Me” features labelmate B Steels, who we posted a recent freestyle video from not too long ago. The fusion of R&B and Hip Hop is nothing new but Jon and Steels put a modern twist on this self-produced track. There’s something boastful about Jon’s music that fans grow to appreciate due to his honesty. “I have no problem showing off in my music. This song, in particular, I’m giving details on the process of getting a girl home from a party,” says Jon.

Accompanied by B Steels’ smooth flow and delivery, “Leaving With Me” is a hypnotic song that almost every guy in the club can relate to, or at least try to. And something the ladies can vibe to, as well. This is sure to be the start of something fresh and exciting from the SLE team.
