Not too long ago, The DigiSpot waxed poetic with media personality Mouse Jones and about his new show, “Wax Facts”, as well as other things. You can give details on “Wax Facts” and other things that were discussed a read below…

VannDigital: How did the “Wax Facts” show come about?
Mouse Jones: My producer at Rock The Bells, Snypes Murdock, who I’ve worked with on other projects asked me if I had any ideas for a Hip-Hop show. I’d been working on the concept of a show that discussed the songs and artists whose impact may not have had long standing legacies. I hadn’t had a name yet, but the concept was there to create conversation and piss people off.

What’s your take on the current Hip-Hop/Rap landscape?
I don’t really have a take on the Hip-Hop “landscape.” That’s a bit overzealous to believe I’ve seen all areas and subcategories of this huge entity that Hip Hop has become. I can speak to what is in my proximity/view and I love it. I may not love all the music that comes out, but I love that it has a spot to exist. I’m a HUGE fan of the NY drill scene as well as DoBoy & Durk.

Who will be featured on future episodes of “Wax Facts”?
You can expect a lot more possible one hit wonders, wink wink.
