Malcolm X: More than the “any means necessary” mantra that has become his enduring legacy; Malcolm X was eloquent, proud, and a messenger!

A powerful black leader who fought for human rights. He turned ideas into a compelling vision that, combined with his personal charisma, attracted many people to his cause.

Malcolm’s journey came to an untimely end on this day in 1965, at the Audubon Ballroom in the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City,
as he prepared to speak at a political meeting.

Malcolm X died, in the end, how he lived: working, teaching and inspiring ordinary black people. –CrackTracks
