Mariah Carey closed out the 2022 holiday season with a slew of new certifications and record breaking accomplishments.

Her classic holiday record, “All I Want For Christmas Is You”, which was co-written and co-produced by Walter Afanasieff, has returned to the top of the music charts in multiple countries including Australia, Germany, and the United States.

This comes on the heels of her sold out “Merry Christmas To All!” performances at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto (December 9th and 11th) and Madison Square Garden (December 13th and 16th) in New York City.

The first date from her MSG performance was taped and aired exclusively via the CBS network on December 20th, concurrently streaming via the network’s platform, Paramount+.

The special drew in over 3.8M viewers on debut night, claiming the top spot for most-viewed On December 21st, Mariah, with the help of her twins Moroccan and Monroe, held her first concert in the metaverse with Roblox.
