LxVNDR & Tachichi “Neck Breaker Boogie” (Video)

Canadian hip hop artists LxVNDR and Tachichi share the official music video for their first single, “Neck Breaker Boogie”, from their upcoming album, ‘Found Money’, available 6.30.2023 via Hand’Solo Records!!!

“We got the neck breaking, club shaking beat for this year,” proclaims Halifax rap vet Tachichi on the chorus for “Neck Breaker Boogie”, the first single from ‘Found Money’, his upcoming collaboration album with looming Maritime luminary LxVNDR.

The beat in question is heavily focused on banging drums plus a couple of piano keys and some subtle sampled sounds, courtesy of the legendary Moves of Hip Club Groove and Len fame.

Yeah, it’s a certified neck breaker.

And LxVNDR and Tachichi use this club shaking beat to deliver vicious punchline braggadocio and battle raps.

Or, according to LxVNDR, “We get on the mic, make ‘em taste the filth…”.

All that’s left to do is free your filthy mind and your ass will follow.

LxVNDR is a Canadian East Coast hip hop artist born in Halifax, but raised in Prince Edward Island on skateboarding, old school hip hop, punk rock, and horror movies.

Her love for all things taboo, along with the unseen forces of the human psyche and spirituality are very prominent topics in the music she creates.

Unable to really put her into one musical box, her sound bounces around from hardcore hip hop, to lo-fi, R&B and even sometimes spoken word.

Preferring to keep things interesting and never wanting to curb her creativity, she claims to “write what pours from the heart,” and whatever genre that may be is exactly what you can expect.

She has released three albums since the start of her musical career in 2018.
