The Washington Heights-born lyricist will perform music from his upcoming album, ‘PIFF’, coming March 28th
Repping Uptown wherever he goes, rising rapper Lord Sko is ready to show the world his prodigious lyrical talent.
Today, the 20-year-old artist announces the “PIFF Tour”, his first-ever headlining North American tour, launching this April.
Featuring support from LifeOfThom, the tour kicks off in Boston on April 16, making its way through major markets like Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Chicago before concluding in Vancouver on May 8.
Sko performs a very special hometown show in NYC on April 22nd, headlining Baby’s All Right.
Sko’s upcoming tour will feature performances of music from ‘PIFF’, the NYC native’s next album.
Spanning 15 tracks, the album welcomes guest spots from a cross-generational array of Sko’s hip-hop heroes, including Curren$y, Conway The Machine, MAVI, Del Tha Funkee Homosapien, and more, and features an eclectic selection of East Coast instrumentals from the likes of Harry Fraud, Statik Selektah, Tony Seltzer, and many others.
Home to recent singles like “Robinhood“, “Stubborn”, and the Curren$y collaboration “Understand”, PIFF releases on March 28th via UPTOWN SH!T/Stimulated.
‘PIFF’ continues Sko’s rise as one of New York’s finest emcees, who proudly carries on the tradition of his hometown sound, while adding a relatable spin.
He started rapping when he was a teenager, releasing his first mixtape at only 17 years-old, teaming up with the even younger producer Arlo Walker to create ‘Museum’.
In 2023, Sko released ‘United Palace’, an accomplished project named after the Washington Heights theater, which established him as one of the most exciting emcees in the Five Boroughs.
With limitless potential and a work ethic to match, Lord Sko is looking to make his mark on his city and the national rap scene.
Stay tuned for ‘PIFF’, coming very soon.
