I remember back in 1995 when Kool G Rap’s single “Fast Life” featuring Nas (Escobar at the time) was one of the hottest singles out at that time.

As the originator of Mafioso rap, Kool G Rap’s “Fast Life” track was one of the most successful forays into the subgenre.

With all that in mind, Washington, D.C. production duo The Other Guys recently did their own remix of said single.
