Kevin Gates Not Allowed To Use ‘Stand Your Ground’ Defense While In Court For Kicking Female Fan

After kicking a female fan at a show not too long ago, Kevin Gates tried his hardest to hide behind the infamous “Stand Your Ground” defense claiming he was fearing for his life & what-not when he did what he did. Luckily for the female fan in question, the judge wasn’t buying it & has since denied Gates the right to hide behind the defense.

I hope the judge orders Kevin Gates to cut the female fan a big, fat check for what he did to her but that’s just my take on the whole thing. You can hear about this situation from the perspective of DJ Akademiks below…
