Basically, after hearing the ‘Intrumentals Vol. 2‘ by talented UK hip hop producer Show N Prove, I heard this beat and thought I need to write something to it!

I then write the track one day and recorded it the next, and messed about with a few cut up vocals to make a lil outro for it!
