The RapFest continues to separate itself from other hip-hop curators with the release of original cipher & “Mean 16” series. Following up their Locksmith installment, Joyner Lucas steps to the plate.

Joyner adds new heat to the Feb 9th instrumental which was the backdrop for The RapFest Cypher Series 11 which featured: RCA recording artist Dee-1, Nitty Scott, & DMV’s emerging artist, Rob Regal. Director Chris Zino captured the domineering qualities of Joyner to perfection by knowing when to follow the rules of film & also when to break them.
