Ivory Scott has been inducted into SiriusXM and Pandora’s “Artist Accelerator” program
The rap and R&B artist is the latest to be named to the coveted program
SiriusXM and Pandora will amplify Hip-Hop and R&B standout Ivory Scott in its Artist Accelerator program.
Ivory, a multi-GRAMMY nominated artist who’s penned songs for superstars, is currently making waves with his recent debut EP, ‘Before Ebony‘, and latest singles streaming on Pandora and being played across SiriusXM Channels.
The 27-year-old joins a growing Artist Accelerator list that includes genre-spanning artists, such as R&B singer Coco Jones, country-grunge artist Austin Snell, hard-rock group Sleep Theory, and Latin talent Gonzy.
SiriusXM and Pandora’s Artist Accelerator program develops and breaks new artists by leveraging the massive audience of both the company’s flagship premium subscription service, SiriusXM, and its ad-supported streaming service, Pandora.
Since being named to the program, Coco Jones has won Best New Artist at 2023 BET Awards, Outstanding New Artist at the 2023 Image Awards, and is currently nominated for 5 GRAMMYs.
Hailing from Chicago, Ivory started playing music at age 8, teaching himself to play the piano and guitar and writing 10 songs a day even while living in a car for 9 months.
Flash forward just two decades later and Ivory has already worked with A-list stars, co-writing the songs “Thique” by Beyoncé, “Peru” by Ed Sheeran, and Fireboy DML, “Baddest” featuring 2 Chainz, and more.
Ivory’s first single, “Just Like Me” featuring Eric Bellinger, which was released 7.21.2023, performed extremely well on Pandora with over 3 million streams, more than on any other streaming platform.
His next release, “My Mind” featuring Queen Naija, released on 9.29.2023, currently has over 1.6 million streams on Pandora – more than any other platform DSP.
It’s also been playing regularly on SiriusXM’s The Heat and Pandora NOW.
Most recently, Ivory dropped his third single, “Real”, which sonically straddles both Rap and R&B.
It is already over 3.3 million streams on Pandora since being released on 10.27.2023 and has been added to rotation to SiriusXM’s Hip-Hop Nation.
The song has also been in Pandora’s Top 20 most thumbed up tracks for two weeks straight.
