Paid In Full Foundation to honor Hip Hop Legends Grandmaster Caz, Roxanne Shante, and Kool Moe Dee at 2nd Annual Hip Hop Grandmaster Awards on October 5th in Las Vegas
The Hip Hop Grandmaster Awards is the Paid In Full Foundation’s annual fundraising gala that celebrates and honors transformational Hip Hop artists who have not received the recognition and economic rewards proportional to their exceptional contributions to art and culture.
The award includes a financial stipend for the honorees and is intended to empower the artists to further their creative and artistic endeavors.
This year’s award recipients are Hip Hop legends Grandmaster Caz, Roxanne Shante, and Kool Moe Dee.
Last year’s honorees, Hip Hop luminaries Rakim and Scarface, will be in attendance.
Hosted by actor and television host Terry Crews, the gala will feature performances and/or appearances from Nas, Fab 5 Freddy, Doug E. Fresh, DJ Jazzy Jeff, and more.
The foundation’s board of directors (Benjamin Horowitz, Felicia Horowitz, Stephen J. Stoute, Michelle Ebanks, and Quincy Jones III) will also be in attendance on October 5, 2024 at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
