Editorial: DJ Premier/Pete Rock Collabo Album Still In The Works

With a collaborative effort with Royce Da 5’9 called PRhyme coming, DJ Premier reveals plans for his next project: a joint effort with Pete Rock.

While answering questions for a Reddit AMA, the producer legend gave an update on the long-talked-about album. “As for the Pete Rock Album, we are doing a single in January to start the project. He is producing half of it and I am doing the other half.”

The still untitled collabo album was first revealed back in 2010, but not much news followed.

At press time, further details were unknown.
