Donald Trump & 18 Co-Defendants Awarded Donkey Of The Day

Donald Trump and 18 co-defendants have been awarded Donkey Of The Day.

For anybody that hasn't been keeping up, ex-President Donald Trump as well as 18 others (ex-New York City mayor and Trump's current lawyer Rudy Giuliani included) thought it was a good idea to go out of their way to overturn the presidential election results in Georgia back in 2020.

Unfortunately for Trump and others, that particular action has since caught up to them as they have been indicted on 41 counts of felony charges with the main focus being on the RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization) act.

As of right now, Trump and others are facing up to 20 years for racketeering charges as well as variable maximum sentences for conspiracy charges.

According to the indictment, "Trump and the other defendants charged in this indictment refused to accept that Trump lost, and they knowingly and willfully joined a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump."

The indictment, which goes for 98 pages, lists the measures Trump and his MAGA crew went to in order to move the election results in his favor, including pressuring state officials to change the results, accessing voting machines and data in Coffee County plus harassing election worker Ruby Freeman with bogus fraud claims.

There's more but we'll let Charlamagne Tha God take over from here...
