DMX is finally released from prison, hopefully for good this time.
According to sources, X was released from Gilmer Federal Correctional Facility today, after being sentenced to one year in prison for tax evasion charges. He was supposed to be released on 1.27.2019, but they released him today instead, so he can be out before the weekend.
DMX still has to pay up the $2.3 million to the government in taxes, despite doing the prison time, but at least he will be free while doing so.
