The south has been always been a great influence in the rap game, from inspiring some of the biggest artists in 90s to the most relevant rapper in 2014 (Drake) there’s no denying they secretly run hip-hop to an extent. With that being said, Noisey scanning through old records and posters and dissecting the souths art in this series truly makes sense.
