1998 was the year that Rap music (and Hip-Hop culture, in particular) had continued to make its impact in the everyday lives of Joe & Joan Citizen as well as the way America did business. One particular rapper that made an impact that year was Wu-Tang’s Cappadonna who was dropping his debut solo album ‘The Pillage‘ around that time.
